Refund policy

RETURNING ITEMS

Return requests must be submitted within the return period(s) listed below:

• Original Artwork: seven (7) calendar daysfrom the date of delivery
• Art Prints, Framed Prints and Art Gifts (excluding Phone and Tablet Cases): fourteen (14) calendar daysfrom the date of delivery

Return requests received outside the stated return period(s) will not be accepted

Prints and Art Gifts (including cushions, tote bags, chopping boards, stationery).                   These can be returned undamaged for any reason within 14 days of delivery and a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be given. Please contact me first using the contact form before returning any item. Care must be taken to return items in exactly the same condition as when they were dispatched to you. 

Phone and Tablet Cases                                                                                                                                As these items are made to order they are unable to be returned. If there is something the matter with the item you have received, please contact me here and I will work with you to resolve your issue. 

Original Paintings and Artwork                                                                                                            I know that deciding to invest in an original artwork is a big decision for many people and I want all my collectors to be entirely happy with their original artwork, so it is important that you have checked the size and are happy that you have viewed the work in enough detail to ensure you are confident to go ahead with a purchase. If you require any further information about a particular piece before committing to buying, please contact me here and I will be happy to have a chat and answer any questions you may have.

If you would like to see what an original painting would look like on your wall you can send me a photograph of your living room, dining room, or where ever you would like to hang the painting and I can create a mock-up for you. Just make sure that the photo has good light and is taken from a straight-on viewpoint. You can send an image directly to my email.                             

Any artwork that is returned must be sent back to me in exactly the same condition as it was sent out i.e. in its original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order). Any returns of original artwork must be made by professional courier or in-person delivery (i.e as they were originally shipped out) to ensure the work does not get damaged in transit.  Always contact me in the first instance if you wish to return a purchase.

How will I receive my refund?                                                                                                       Once your returned item is received and inspected I will send you an email to notify you that it has been received and you will be refunded the full purchase price, minus any shipping costs, via your original method of payment.
